Hello, my name is Moe El-farra and I am the Regional Sales Support Manager for South Western Ontario. I am passionate about fostering a culture of success through coaching, engagement and people development. My role as the RSSM involves delivering on the overall sales support strategy thus clearing the path for our financial advisors to focus on driving business results. Through impact and influence, my team and I are strategic business partners who add value to the sales experience for wholesalers, advisors and customers through operational excellence.

Prior to joining London Life my past experience was in the banking industry as I’ve held multiple roles within the retail and regional offices culminating in my most recent role as a Group Manager at the Direct Contact Center.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The University of Western Ontario and enjoy spending time travelling around Canada, playing sports and being involved with volunteer work at some of our local events.

Shane Beekhoo

Shane began his career in the financial services industry with Freedom 55 in October 2002. He joined the WEPG firm Sheffar Potter Muchan in July 2015 and has had many years experience developing a successful practice. He is passionate about helping people succeed, coaching, and his own personal development.

Shane is a graduate of Western University and a member of Advocis. He and his fiancée Dawn are the proud parents of Kiran and Avery, and in his spare time, he loves to play golf, tennis, and hockey.

Nick Tonita was born and raised in Windsor ON, a graduate of the University of Windsor Business program with a concentration in Marketing. After 13 years in retail, he made the move to Freedom 55 Financial in 2013. There, he enjoyed success building lasting relationships with his clients. In the fall of 2014, he took on the role of Director, Business Development where he was able to let his passion for coaching and teaching others the rewards of the business shine. In 2017, he became Director of Advisor Experience and now enjoys working with the newest financial security advisors in the business.

When he's not coaching advisors toward success, he spends time with his family, trains and completes marathons and triathlons, and he plays volleyball and golf.

Dianna began her career in the insurance industry in1997 and has held multiple roles with increasing complexity. She is passionate about helping people succeed and achieving goals along with her own personal and professional development. She is a strategic thinker who is always interested in learning about new technologies to enable her colleagues to work smarter.

In her spare time, Dianna enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
